HOUSE RULES
1. On their arrival guests are required to give their voucher or booking confirmation and passports to the receptionist for the purpose of the registration at the Tourist Office and to pay the security deposit (EUR 50 per person) for the possible damages, yelling and loud noises in the apartment. In case of the disorder, the deposit will not be returned and after the second intervention of the owner the guests will be ejected from the apartment.
2. It is forbidden to bring into the apartment persons who are not checked-in at the reception. In case the owner finds out that such a person exists, he will charge that person or the guest who is staying at the apartment EUR 150.00 for illegal entering to private property and report such person to the police.
3. Any noise, listening to loud music and having parties in the apartment and hallways are forbidden.
4. It is forbidden to bring flammable objects into the apartment and to smoke in the apartment.
5. Taking the inventory out of the apartment is not allowed.
6. All broken inventory and damaged beddings as well as missing inventory will be charged right away in full.
7. At check-in and check-out the guest and the owner inspect the apartment.
8. In case of rain or wind, all windows and doors have to be closed immediately, otherwise the owner will enter the apartment by himself to prevent further damage.
9. On the day of the departure we kindly ask our guest to vacate the apartment by 10 a.m. Any stay beyond this time will be charged for an extra day.
10. In case the guest should decide to end his stay prematurely he is obliged to pay his reservation in full.
11. We kindly ask our guest to avoid making noises in the apartment and on the balcony in the period from 11 P.M. till 8 A.M. and to respect the rest of the other guests.
12. Guests are obliged to take out the rubbish from the apartment!
13. Before entering the apartment it is assumed that all guests are familiar with the house rules and that all guests agree with all conditions and obligations.
IF THE GUEST VIOLATES THESE RULES THE OWNER WILL CONTACT SECURITY AND POLICE!
